Our Production process:

1. Design Drawing - Designed according to the demand of clients or directly supplied by clients.


2. 3D Clay Prototype Making - Create lifelike 3D prototypes according to the design drawing.



3.  PU sample - Copy the confirmed prototype into proper rigid PU sample which is convenient for carving and polishing.


4. Detached PU Sample - Detach PU samples for mould making and productioin. After that mount them into a unified body with glue water(raw-assemable toys need not mounting).


5. Prototype Coloring - Color according to the design drawing.


6. Sample for Mould Making - Enlarge and copy the confirmed detached sample to avoid material shrinking during mould making and injection molding. Enlarge the sample according to the material shrinking while marking moulds and injection molding to ensure the conformity of the finished products and the sample on dimension(the procedure is needed when clients demand the identical dimension of hte finished product and the sample). Generally, the sample provided by clients and self-designed sample have been preshrunk during sample making and need not enlargement.


7. Mold Layout - Confirm the parting line; Designing and making the parting surface


8. Silicon Rubber Mould Making -  Reproduce precisely the exterior of the product and pattern into soft silicon mold cavity.


9. Ceramic Mould Making -  Reproduce soft silicon rubber mould cavity precisely into ceramic mould with the features of high intensity , density and high temperature resistance.  


10. Mould Casting - Select suitable internal mould materials according to product characteristics and carry out mould casting.


11.Clip Line Disposal -  Copy the 3D silicon rubber sample with casted internal mould to check whether the clip line is smooth and even.


12. Mould Set-up - Install the mould of safety, reason and high efficiency for injection molding according to the design of mould structure.

14. Painting Mould Making - Make precise moulds for painting according to the color of products.


15. Painting - Painting every part with the prepared and decided color accordign to painting sample.


16. Manual Coloring - Individual spot that can not be painted should be painted manually and check any inconformity.


17. Pad Printing - Make coloring solution on exact spots like letter, logo and eyes


18. Assembling - Assemble every finished part together into a unified body


19. Check and packing - Check and make internal and outside packaging as required by clients.
